The Community and Regional Affairs Committee considered                        
SENATE BILL NO. 48 "An Act making a supplemental                               
appropriation for certain elections for regional educational attendance        
area school boards and coastal resource service area boards; and               
providing for an effective date."  Signing no recommendation:

Health, Education and Social Services Committee referral be waived
